way requested. Not sending this proof when requested will terminate your

understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make
any representations on behalf of earn-from-net.com. You may not make any
statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in
this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any
taxes for money earned while using the program. You understand that you do not
have to pay any amount at earn-from-net.com or its representatives in order to
be a member of the earn-from-net.com.
Limitation of Liability:
earn-from-net.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
earn-from-net.com program, even if earn-from-net.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
Payments:
Members will earn a percentage of revenues earned by earn-from-net.com from
various sources. members will be paid via PayPal. earn-from-net.com will pay
members when earn-from-net.com has received its payments. earn-from-net.com is
not liable for any other payment processor accounts other then their own. If we
pay you to the account you inserted in our payment processor(we cannot change
this either pay to the account or delete the request) and that account is
incorrect, in any way blocked and or not accessible for you, earn-from-net.com
or it representatives can not be held liable for losses you make.
If and when you think we made a payment and we made a mistake you can ask us
politely to investigate. We will do that if and when you are incorrect and there
is no fault on our part we will charge a 50% fee on the paid amount. The minimum
payout amount is in PayPal the minimum amount is $0.01,-- ONE cent. All earnings
are subject to investigations off origin. If any earnings are related to funds
gained illegal the account will be deleted as per the terms on cheating above.
